Jon Hepburn, founder of The Fedora Consultancy, is a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing and a Chartered Marketer with over 20 years experience within a variety of marketing disciplines. His specialisation is law firm marketing and business development. Jon is also a member of the Law Management Section of the Law Society.
Fedora provide a professional, practical marketing advice backed by a ‘right there when you need it’ service, easily switch on and off-able to suit the client firm’s needs. The company offers a free initial consultation session to ascertain the key issues affecting a firm and to gain insight into what makes their clients tick. From this session, Fedora then offers advice on what to keep doing, what to stop doing and what to start doing to help the firm market itself more effectively and efficiently. Implementation and support can be provided on an individual project or retainer basis.

Connected online networking
Wordsworth is a new service from Fedora that saves law firms a great deal of time and effort. It brings together a firm’s many sources of written content into one place and utilises online networking tools such as twitter, blogs and e-newsletter campaigns to help build a dialogue with customers, fellow professionals and other interested parties.
