Jon Hepburn, founder of The Fedora Consultancy, is a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing and a Chartered Marketer with over 20 years experience within a variety of marketing disciplines. His specialisation is law firm marketing and business development. Jon is also a member of the Law Management Section of the Law Society.
Fedora provide a professional, practical marketing advice backed by a ‘right there when you need it’ service, easily switch on and off-able to suit the client firm’s needs. The company offers a free initial consultation session to ascertain the key issues affecting a firm and to gain insight into what makes their clients tick. From this session, Fedora then offers advice on what to keep doing, what to stop doing and what to start doing to help the firm market itself more effectively and efficiently. Implementation and support can be provided on an individual project or retainer basis.

Working with Fedora
Getting on with the job – the implementation and support for your marketing projects – is provided either on an individual project or retainer basis. ‘Out-sourced but integrated’ may best describe how we work with clients.
Our retainer service is particularly suitable for longer-term projects e.g. social media campaigns, redevelop the website. A dedicated resource such as this can get a lot done for clients in day or two a month and cover many of the projects you identify. Where outsourced to an associate (see below) Fedora would liaise closely with them to ensure the project proceeds efficiently and you are kept up to speed with developments.
Fedora also utilises a network of associates to advise clients on a range of other activities across the marketing spectrum – including telemarketing campaigns, market research, SEO, video production and public relations. These would be charged separately according to the project required.
We have considerable experience working either independently or with any in-house resources on a collaborative basis to help clients achieve their objectives.
